Airswift is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to work on a Contractor position for 6 months with an Oil and Gas Company. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES? 
•    Engagement with key project disciplines such as subsurface, wells engineering, facilities engineering, procurement/supply chain, and Operations to develop project CAPEX and OPEX estimates.
•    Review, analysis, and judgment of Contractor's cost estimates for major work packages and integration thereof into master project cost estimate.
•    Development of the Zama Cost Breakdown Structure in alignment with all key stakeholders, including internal Finance Department, Project Shareholders, Mexican Ministry of Energy (SENER), and other related authorities.
•    In alignment with the Cost Breakdown Structure, preparation of a standard cost estimating template / model for the Zama Project.
•    Support in what-if analysis and concept selection with the standard cost estimating template.
•    Liaison with Senior Planner / Scheduler to properly time phase the cost estimate for work packages.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS? 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
•    Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost estimation for large-scale offshore oil & gas projects.
•    Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
•    Fluent in Spanish and English.
•    Ability to travel to project sites inside and outside of Mexico.
