Position: Senior Cost Controller (Subsea Project)

Airswift is currently recruiting for a Senior Cost Controller to join a prestigious Engineering leader of the oil & gas industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of major industrial projects, contributing to strategic decision-making and financial performance in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in planning and managing project budgets and timelines. Collaborate with the Risk Manager to assess financial impacts of project risks. Deliver accurate cost forecasts and margin projections. Monitor and report on project trends and deviations from the initial plan. Recommend cost-saving measures and corrective actions to improve project margins. Conduct scenario analysis to support project execution decisions. Estimate pricing for contract changes and deviations. Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams and contribute to Variation Order Requests (VORs).

Essential:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management, cost control, or financial controlling. Master’s degree (Bac+5) in a relevant discipline. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proven ability to work in complex, high-value project environments.

Preferred:

Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI. Experience in oil & gas or large-scale industrial projects.
