Based in Bethel, CT, the organization operates in a dynamic manufacturing environment, utilizing raw materials, efficient labor processes, and optimal overhead allocation to produce high-quality products. They're looking for an experienced Senior Cost Accountant to join the growing team and play a critical role in financial and operational success. Position Overview: The Senior Cost Accountant will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost accounting, including analyzing manufacturing costs, compiling materials and labor data, and ensuring accurate overhead allocation. This position plays a key role in identifying cost efficiencies and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance profitability.
