This position reports directly to the US Controller and is responsible for analyzing and managing the manufacturing related costs of Deflecto products. The ideal candidate will have extensive manufacturing experience and be an expert working in an ERP system to extract data to understand cost structures, cost activity, and BOMs. This role will primarily support the US amp; Canadian operations but will also partner throughout the global organization to report on product costs and support various initiatives throughout the year. This person must understand the process of setting/rolling standard costs for material (material, inbound freight amp; tariffs) labor, and overhead within an ERP environment and analysis of actual vs budget. MUST HAVES: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years' experience in manufacturing industry and related manufacturing analysis Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel AS400, INFOR MAPICS and Sage Intacct experience a plus Demonstrated ability to roll-up their sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity Track record of managing deliverables to meet deadlines Advanced Excel Ability to think critically Ability to travel overnight Articulate with excellent communication skills; both written and oral, to build relationships Able to work with all levels of management; across divisions and functions Strong level of accountability for his/her areas Adaptable - capable of working in a dynamic changing environment Desire for continuous learning Must continuously maintain the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards

Essential Job Functions include but not limited to the following: Working in ERP system to extract data Analyze all pieces of the manufacturing process, including labor, material, overhead, freight, tariffs, etc. Support US amp; Canadian operations while also partnering throughout the global organization Routinely work with operations to confirm BOM accuracy Work with outside auditors to provide requested documentation Assist in preparation of annual budget and setting of budget based standard costs Work with Purchasing and Engineering to confirm accuracy of new item costs and BOM's Other accounting, financial or business needs as determined

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
