**Job Description Summary:**
The Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for a range of internal clients as assigned, partnering with business leaders to develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to support business needs and initiatives.

**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Guide internal clients through the recruiting process by consulting on the candidate profile, developing a sourcing strategy, attracting top talent, assessing candidates, and successfully managing the offer process with internal partners.
+ Develops and executes on innovative methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline external passive, diverse candidates for potential employment. Initiate first-round candidate contact, network with referral sources and effectively and persuasively communicate the opportunity to contacted individuals.
+ Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration, providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with all levels of the business.
+ Assesses potential candidates for fit within the position identified, including skills, education, and experience and also competency and company culture alignment. Conducts interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data relevant to the selection process.
+ Consult with managers throughout the hiring process on talent needs, selection and interviewing processes, offers and on-boarding. Counsel hiring managers in selecting the most qualified candidate from a diverse candidate slate and consult with managers throughout the hiring process on talent needs, selection and interviewing processes, offers and on-boarding.
+ Provides offer recommendations and drives the offer negotiation process reviewing multiple factors: market pressures, internal equity, business need. Provide applicants with pre-employment information regarding job requirements, location, compensation, benefits, and corporate culture and employment policies.
+ Provides mentoring and training to more junior members of the Talent Acquisition team.
+ Build networks with external industry sources and internal customers, communicating and interacting appropriately.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to employment practices. Exercise appropriate record-keeping and records retention practices in accordance with applicable laws, rules and company needs.
+ Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
+ Maintain complete confidentiality of company related business.
+ Participate in team and individual recruitment projects leading to continuous improvements to help cultivate a positive and effective Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

**Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 3 years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated ability to train and mentor other team members in order to support talent acquisition policies and initiatives.
+ Ability to apply a consultancy approach to recruiting, challenge when needed, effectively handling expectations of business partners and candidates.
+ A track record of continual learning and improving throughout your career.
+ Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HRIS systems.
+ Ability to multi-task, respond quickly to shifting priorities and problem-solve while maintaining flexibility.
+ Work independently with little oversight.
+ PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Lotus Notes.

**Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs):**
+ Previous Talent Acquisition experience in healthcare.
+ Previous experience recruiting for corporate level roles
+ PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM -SCP certification.
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $78,973.32-$131,614.70
