The Senior Corporate Marketing Manager is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role at the center of shaping how the world experiences C.H. Robinson. Partnering closely with our commercial teams, communications experts, and brand/creative leaders, you’ll transform strategy into bold, resonant marketing programs, breakthrough narratives, and memorable brand experiences that move markets.
In this role, you’ll lead integrated corporate marketing across every major channel including events, digital, content, paid media, and cross‑functional storytelling in order to deliver cohesive brand moments and measurable impact. Responsibilities:Lead and activate enterprise marketing strategy to strengthen corporate positioning, elevate brand visibility, and support business growthTranslate company strategy, innovation priorities, and value propositions into integrated marketing plans across events, digital, content, media, and sales enablementPartner closely with commercial, communications, brand, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities, deliver consistent narratives and messaging, and are effectively activated through sales and account teamsDrive corporate and industry event strategy, elevating C.H. Robinson’s presence through cohesive storytelling, innovative formats, new technologies, and high‑impact executive visibility; oversee alignment across all event touchpointsLead development of compelling cross‑channel storytelling, including integrated campaigns, web content, thought leadership, and customer success stories across video, web, social, and eventsIdentify, test, and scale innovative marketing approaches that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and industry differentiation while maintaining strategic oversight of proposal/RFP content platforms, including AI‑enabled toolsManage marketing performance and operations, including KPI development, measurement, and optimization; oversee corporate marketing budgets; support corporate award submissions; and monitor market trends to proactively evolve strategyRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience (preference for B2B)Ability to travel up to 15%Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading corporate or enterprise-level marketing initiativesExpertise in brand management, demand generation, digital marketing, and integrated campaignsStrong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen, including budget managementExcellent executive-level communication and storytelling skillsExperience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or technology industriesDemonstrated ability to drive change and influence across a large, matrixed organizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.
Compensation Range
$77,200.00 - $122,300.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
