Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests of mid-to-large corporate clients

Follow-up on development of portfolio quality and initiate actions to keep portfolio quality on target level

Present credit recommendations to credit committees and respond to inquiries and feedback

Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite frameworks

Ensure continuous improvement of credit processes and models

Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective processes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

2+ years of experience in corporate credit analysis, commercial banking, or related field

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Proficiency and understanding of ERP systems

Advanced Microsoft Excel user

Fluent in English (both written and verbal) to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders in Europe

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively across functions

Analytic mindset, strong stress handling ability

Improvement and innovation-driven, independent and lean orientated individual
