The Corporate and External Legal Affairs (CELA) AI & Research legal team is hiring for a Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a trusted adviser to the Microsoft AI engineering group that is working to evaluate and advance AI capabilities, particularly in clinical reasoning, and develop products and services to improve consumer health. In this role you will be partnered with business, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure Microsoft’s AI technologies meet the highest standards of legal and ethical compliance. You will be responsible for a broad and varied portfolio of legal work what will include product counseling on general AI and health-specific regulatory compliance, privacy, and transactional support for business development and product engineering teams. You will also partner with other CELA colleagues to ensure consistency and uniformity of AI health support across Microsoft’s various health-focused efforts.
