Designation: Senior Coordinator - OperationsFunction: OperationsLocation: Turbhe, Navi MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Coordinate with subject entity/client to get the required documents for report preparationCoordinate with business partnersEnsure timely and accurate updates on D&B’s online CRM toolsChecking documents which are received from corporates / business partners and processing furtherExternal coordination with corporate clients for faster closuresEngagement with clients for any kind of intervention for faster closure of the projectWeekly MIS preparation, sharing with client and connecting with them to discuss the progress of projectsInternal team coordination with analyst teamEnsuring the customers’ expectations are met by delivering the mandates/projects withing the SLACoordinate with sales and clients for ensuring smooth delivery of project/mandateFacilitate weekly or fortnight client and sales calls to discuss non-moving inventory and update them with the progress of the projectKey Requirements:Any graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experienceExcellent communication skillsExcellent MS Excel skillsCustomer centric approach, client servicing experience to supportExternal communication and coordinationAbility to work under high pressure environments
