Senior Coordinator - Bilingual in Japanese and English
**Job Title:** Senior Coordinator + **Location:** Irvine, CA + **Schedule:** Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; 3 times a week: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM/ Occasional overtime may be required + **Compensation:** $21–$23 per hour (based on experience) + **Employment Type:** Long-term, ongoing contract **Position Summary:** We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Senior Coordinator to support customer engagement and internal operations. This role is essential in connecting prospective vehicle buyers with dealerships, enhancing customer experience, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will also assist in training new team members and developing operational procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** **Customer Support (70%)** + Communicate with customers in Japanese regarding vehicle purchases and maintenance + Facilitate connections between customers and dealerships + Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, and chat **Strategic Initiatives (15%)** + Plan and execute key departmental initiatives + Contribute to increasing awareness and customer satisfaction **Training & Process Development (15%)** + Train new team members on customer handling procedures + Develop and maintain operational manuals **Qualifications:** **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 3+ years of customer service experience + 3+ years of general work experience (automotive industry experience preferred) **Language Skills:** + Native-level Japanese (speaking, reading, writing, listening) + Proficient English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) **Technical Skills:** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Other Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license + Willingness to work weekdays and occasional weekends + Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week (daily during initial training period) + Occasional travel to dealerships or event venues (once a week or less, using company vehicle) **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of:** **Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** _ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
