We are looking for a skilled professional to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across key business areas. What you can look forward to as Senior Controlling & Reporting Specialist:
Lead the Operational Planning process across the domain, coordinating inputs for cost, workforce, income, and investments, and ensuring alignment with business targets; Contribute to the Strategic Planning cycle by preparing long-term financial scenarios and supporting strategic decision-making with data-driven insights; Collaborate with domain stakeholders and reporting units to align planning assumptions, validate figures, and ensure consistency across planning cycles; Prepare and maintain rolling forecasts, integrating key financial and operational drivers to support agile and forward-looking business steering; Deliver monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis and commentary on key metrics, to support proactive financial management; Provide tailored reporting and ad-hoc analysis to domain leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights; Ensure structural accuracy and data consistency in reporting systems (e.g., FACT, SAP BW, ZP1), acting as a key contact for system governance; Coordinate organizational changes and structural updates within the domain, ensuring compliance with internal standards and operational continuity.
Your Profile as Senior Controlling & Reporting Specialist:
University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in controlling and financial management; Minimum of 5 years in a controlling, financial planning, or business partnering role, ideally within a complex organizational structure; Proven ability to interpret financial data, generate meaningful insights, and present findings in a clear and structured way to both financial and non-financial stakeholders; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently across functions and levels, fostering alignment and shared understanding; Hands-on experience with SAP R/3 or S/4, SAP BW, and ideally SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office; comfortable working with large datasets and planning tools; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Ability to understand the broader business context and contribute to strategic discussions with a commercial mindset.
