Senior Controller – Costing & Finance Business Partner CQA

Role Description:

The Senior Controller – Costing & Finance Business Partner CQA will play a key role in the coordination and consolidation of the global costing process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all business units. This position also acts as a strategic business partner to the Corporate Quality Assurance function, providing financial insight and support to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Costing:

• Lead the coordination and consolidation of global costing activities, partnering with local teams to ensure timely and accurate costing data.

• Maintain and improve costing model in alignment with corporate objectives.

• Analyze cost data and trends, delivering actionable insights to senior management.

Business Partner Corporate Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Quality Assurance team, supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Manage financial risks associated with CQA activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial controlling, preferably in global operations or manufacturing environments.

• Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, and consolidation processes.

• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
