KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–8 years of professional experience in control systems engineering, preferably in industrial automation or infrastructure projects. Advanced proficiency in Rockwell and Schneider PLC platforms. Strong experience with SCADA systems including architecture design and deployment. Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and maintainable documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of OT network design, industrial protocols and cybersecurity principles. Familiarity with IEC 61131-3 programming standards and structured programming practices.
