The contracts portfolio for this position will include a variety of contract types, with different customers thereby providing a diverse set of contracts and activities to support. This includes opportunities for both future growth and advancement within our world-class and supportive contracts organization. This position is further enabled by our state of the art and well thought out contracting Information Technology (IT) system that helps automate and streamline contract management functions. This Senior Contracts Manager position will support multiple Lines of Businesses, such as Enterprise IT, Digital Solutions, and Mission & Engineering markets. Based on the position’s requirement to access the portfolio’s classified data and to communicate with customers, this role will require some work to be based out of secure facilities (SCIFs) in Reston, Chantilly, or Sterling, VA and will have the flexibility to work remotely when SCIF access is not needed to accomplish their responsibilities. **Responsibilities:** • Serve as the primary contractual authority for a portfolio of contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies • Manage all aspects of contract performance including funding, deliverables, and reporting • Ensure timely and accurate contract documentation, system updates, and correspondence with customers • Provide contractual guidance to the Line of Business Leadership and Program Managers on contractual risks, negotiation positions, and business solutions • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers • Review and negotiate terms and conditions, business agreements, and pricing • Support proposal development by reviewing RFPs, identify terms and conditions requiring clarification, negotiation, or risk mitigation, and develop contractual assumptions • Perform risk assessments, OCI screenings, recommend and implement mitigation approaches • Actively participate in internal program reviews and client meetings (on-site and off-site) Travel to MD for monthly client meetings is required. • Work independently on larger projects/assignments to include proposals and contracts with various degrees of complexity • Proactively advise leadership of contractual rights, obligations, and risks **Qualifications:** _Required:_ • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly • Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum 7+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating Government contracts • A demonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of US Federal Acquisition Regulations • Adept at contract analysis • The aptitude to work on diverse contractual issues simultaneously • The ability to frame, draft and negotiate agreements • Excellent written and communication skills • Strong work ethic with a commitment to ensure that all deadlines are met on time and with a high degree of quality • The skill to be persuasive while maintaining a positive customer and/or teammate relationship _Desired:_ •Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and/or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) (Desired) - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
