In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective project delivery and providing strategic, value-driven solutions to our clients. **How you’ll make a difference:** + Lead the contracts administration and management team across multiple project deliveries, ensuring construction and operational safety standards are upheld and all technical compliance requirements are met. + Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage pre-tender activities, scope changes, reporting, contractual disputes, and overall contract performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes that meet client expectations. + Drive the achievement of project schedules and AECOM’s profitability targets by managing contract execution, superintendent responsibilities, reporting deliverables, billing, and variation submissions—delivering outputs on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard of quality. + Contribute to the business’s growth, diversification, and stability objectives through effective cost control, planning, risk management, productivity tracking, change management, and performance monitoring. **Qualifications** **The qualities that help you thrive** The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
