Senior Contracts Administration
T&M (Test & Measurement Business Unit) is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the Contracts Administration team in support of the AMER region! The Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for contract implementation and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with company policies, monitoring contract performance, and addressing operational issues as they arise. This individual will also be accountable for agreement retention, customer form triage, and supporting all stages of the contract process—from initiation to renewal. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Review, structure, and administer contractual documents, communicating changes to Sales and Customers. + Ensure pricing policy compliance during contract renewals, escalating to Deal Desk or Legal as needed. + Provide recommendations on pricing to Sales and Customers. + Build and maintain catalog files for customers with unique pricing and terms + Participate in internal negotiations with Sales and Deal Desk, providing data to support contract renewals. + Perform triage work—classifying tasks and distributing them to the correct owner within the organization. + Act as the primary contact for customer forms (Legal, Trade Compliance, Export, Shipping, and Finance documents). + Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational functions related to contracts. + Manage signature collection. + Administer customer portals for tenders and online questionnaires. + Create legal summaries to bridge communication between Contracts Managers, Sales, and Customer Operations. + Conduct contract performance management analysis and reporting. **Who You Are** You deliver information in a clear, concise way that fosters understanding and action. You maintain alignment among multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, ensuring decisions meet both business and compliance needs. You look for ways to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance service quality. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. + Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contracts administration, legal, or sales operations roles. + Experience supporting a sales or operations organization, including CRM and contract systems usage. + Strong written and verbal English communication skills. + Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce, CLM tools). **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Experience in multinational environments and supporting regional contracts. + Knowledge of compliance requirements such as export controls, data privacy, or ESG. + Oracle discount modifier creation and Salesforce data entry expertise. + Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to process improvement and contract standardization initiatives. **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
