Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of one of the largest and most prestigious developments on Egypt’s North Coast.

Responsibilities

Manage and administer all project contract aspects, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Lead contract negotiations with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and risk-balanced agreements

Provide expert contractual advice and support to the project management and procurement teams

Oversee claims management, variations, and change control processes

Monitor contract performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Liaise with legal counsel, project directors, and finance teams to ensure alignment on contractual obligations and project objectives

Prepare and review key contractual correspondence, notices, and claims

Support in dispute resolution and settlement processes when required

 Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects

Proven track record in FIDIC-based contracts and complex development environments

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken

Experience with international consultants and contractors is a strong advantage
