Location: Initially based in Milan then transitioning to Afungi, Mozambique on a rotational assignment. Candidates must have the right to work in Europe, as obtaining an Italian visa can be challenging.

About the Role

Airswift is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Engineer to join a leading energy operator on a large-scale LNG project. This role involves managing and administering EPC contracts for the onshore package of a multi-billion-dollar LNG development.

Key Responsibilities Administer and manage EPC contracts in line with agreed terms and conditions. Handle contractual correspondence, change orders, and claims. Review and validate contractor requests for change orders and prepare amendments. Liaise with technical teams to ensure requirements are incorporated into contractual processes. Verify contractor invoices and payment applications. Provide day-to-day contractual support to the site management team. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role. Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCC construction contracts and Oil & Gas projects. Expertise in contract administration, claims management, and construction law. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Fluent in English. Willingness to work on-site in Mozambique on a rotational basis.
