**Duration: 12+ months contract with potential extends or Convert** **Job Description:** + "The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during planned and unplanned outages at fossil power plants. This role ensures that all contracted work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company policies. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** + Work closely with outage management, contractors, and engineers to ensure timely execution of outage tasks. + Review work scopes, technical drawings, and schedules to ensure alignment with project requirements. + Coordinate and supervise contractors performing mechanical, electrical, and structural work on power plant equipment, including turbines, boilers, piping, and auxiliary systems. + Maintain clear and accurate records of work completed, delays, and any modifications made during the outage. + Mechanical coordinator must have prior Steam/ Combustion turbine, HRSG, Boiler or Valve maintenance oversight experience, familiar with BOP (Balance of Plant) equipment, P91 welding experience is a plus. + Electrical coordinator must have Generator, Exciter, Auxiliary equipment maintenance supervision experience, have prior Electrical Supervisor/Superintendent role, grounding, medium/low voltage, transformer hands-on experience, P&ID + Instrument & Control (I&C) coordinator must have instrumentation control systems calibration, testing and tuning experience, have prior field work on Distributive Control Systems (DCS) i.e..
