We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Content Creator with deep expertise in short-form video across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to create engaging, authentic, and shareable content that feels native to each platform and drives both brand awareness and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & CreationStay current on social and cultural movements and translate those trends into content that resonates with our community while staying true to Chobani’s brand story. Generate ideas, develop concepts, plan, produce, edit, and write compelling content in a collaborative team environment. Confidently create social-first content while also managing video editing and graphic design projects. Asset ManagementOversee and maintain Chobani’s creative library to ensure existing assets are leveraged efficiently and the content pipeline remains full. Organize and track assets to maximize usability across teams and campaigns. Cross-Functional CollaborationSupport organic and paid social teams by briefing external creators and partnering with internal creative teams on social-first evergreen shoots. Work closely with brand and creative teams to elevate Chobani’s visual identity on social platforms, while ensuring creative operations processes are in place to sustain this evolution. Community Engagement & GrowthHelp foster authentic connections by ensuring content sparks conversation and resonates with our audience. Stay attuned to community sentiment and collaborate with the social team to create responsive, community-driven content. Brand Identity & InnovationRedefine how Chobani shows up on social by partnering with brand and creative teams to elevate visual identity, storytelling, and tone. Explore new formats, experiment with creative trends, and push boundaries to keep content fresh, authentic, and impactful. Technical & Creative SkillsBring strong technical expertise across video editing, design, and storytelling. Utilize editing tools and design programs to produce polished content with attention to detail. Stay current on platform-specific best practices, tools, and optimization techniques to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

Required Qualifications 6+ years of content creation experience with demonstrated success  Proven track record of growing social media accounts to 100K+ followers across multiple platforms Portfolio showcasing viral content and consistent engagement rates above industry benchmarks Advanced in video editing software, plus if you have motion design experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci, etc) Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights Preferred Qualifications Experience working with beauty brands, restaurants, or food product companies Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization for social media Basic understanding of paid social advertising and content amplification strategies Application Requirements Please submit your resume along with links to your social media profiles and a portfolio highlighting your best-performing content.
