D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Content Creator. The right candidate is responsible for developing engaging multimedia content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales objectives across digital channels. This position creates and manages content for social media, websites, video platforms, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives to enhance the customer journey and strengthen brand presence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Create and produce digital content including videos, photography, graphics, social media content, and promotional materials for multiple marketing channels

Develop content that highlights home designs, communities, customer experiences, company initiatives, and brand messaging

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design teams to execute content strategies that support business objectives

Plan, coordinate, and participate in content shoots, interviews, community visits, and promotional events to generate original content assets

Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content aligned with campaign schedules and marketing priorities

Edit and optimize content for various platforms, formats, and audience segments to maximize engagement and performance

Monitor content performance metrics and audience engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Maintain brand consistency, visual standards, and messaging guidelines across all content assets

Research emerging content trends, platforms, and technologies to support innovation and audience growth

Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Ability to travel overnight

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field

5 years of content creation, digital marketing, social media, or multimedia production experience.

Advanced knowledge of content strategies, social media platforms, and multimedia production techniques

Skilled in creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across multiple digital channels

Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling content that drives audience engagement and business results

Demonstrated ability to utilize creativity while maintaining alignment with brand standards and business objectives

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications

Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision

The noise level is generally moderate

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within homebuilding, real estate, consumer products, or lifestyle brands preferred

Experience with video production, photography, and content editing software
