**Description and Requirements**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Consumer Channel Sales Manager** to drive sales growth for our PCSD products. This role will focus on exploring new business opportunities, expanding existing channels, and developing new product categories to enhance our market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Channel Development** : Identify and develop strategies for existing and new sales channels to maximize revenue potential.
+ **Business Growth** : Explore opportunities for business expansion beyond current products and channels, including new market segments and product categories.
+ **Market Analysis** : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
+ **Collaboration** : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
+ **Performance Tracking** : Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
+ **Relationship Management** : Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support.
+ **Reporting** : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
+ Proven experience in channel sales, preferably within the consumer products industry.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
+ Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new opportunities for growth.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
