About the Role

Step into the epicenter of strategic transformation and innovation. As a Senior Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of advising leading banks and other global financial players, helping them navigate complex scenarios and craft crucial strategies. Your expertise will be key in optimizing operations and driving growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and contribute to transformative projects across various domains. 

Analyze and map intricate business requirements and challenges. 

Design and implement strategic solutions that yield significant impact. 

Confidently present your ideas and solutions to high-profile clients. 

Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients on a daily basis. 

Your Key Qualifications:

Mastery of German, with C1-level proficiency for seamless communication in German-speaking regions. 

An understanding of the finance (e.g. banking or insurance) industry. 

A university degree, complemented by a solid foundation in economics and management. 

English proficiency at a B2 level to enable effective collaboration. 

An enduring interest in technology and its transformative business applications. 

Innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills. 

Eagerness to embrace and experiment with new tools and methodologies. 

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for impactful client interactions. 

A proactive, initiative-driven approach combined with ambition and dedication.

Salary: From 2 300 EUR/gross/monthly (base salary is 2 000 EUR + regular monthly bonus 300 EUR for knowledge of the German language)
Ror candidates with many years of experience, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority.
