Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Chennai 

Key Responsibilities: 

Work with internal and client teams to develop and implement Digital Supply Chain Solutions Work closely with client and technical team to gather business requirement for technology like SAP, Ariba, Coupa or Kinaxis Managing Stakeholders from the Country level to Global level on daily basis Identify challenges and risks of running such programs and mitigation steps Analyze and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and convert them into Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) with detailed mappings of Relevant SAP/ERP tables, required fields and data types, joining conditions and relationships, Functional acceptance criteria Design and validate data models and integration flows between planning engines and ERP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document user journeys, ensuring intuitive and efficient workflows. Provide expert-level guidance on manufacturing processes, inventory management, demand planning, and procurement strategies. Maintain a strong understanding of SAP/ERP data structures, including MM, PP, SD Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience Communicating all the stakeholders in both written and oral communication with internal and client team by capturing all the points of the meeting and requirements

Skill Required:

A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting specially in large and complex scenarios Prior experience in driving client engagements and programs. Experience in dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis and managing client interactions independently. Experience in Building complex Data Model as per client requirements
