Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant role will develop, lead, and implement strategic projects within Ascension. As a dynamic member of Strategic Integration, the Senior Consultant will be tasked with leading project management work independently, acting as oversight to supporting consultants, as well as becoming a strategic thought partner and subject matter expert within each project.

Responsibilities:

Lead implementations of new healthcare strategy and processes within Ascension, by identifying critical next steps, tracking project tasks and goals, and following up with stakeholdersCreate, review, and present executive-level deliverables including weekly updates, status reports, and presentationsGather, interpret, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources in various areas of healthcareExemplify a high level of customer service and proactive hospitality to our internal associates and project stakeholders, by providing consistent project management supportManage a direct report associate from within the Strategic Integration consultant communityDesign and implement solutions aimed to enhance the consultant community

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
