At least 12-14 years of technical experience in new tech stack, e.g. Java, J2EE, Spring, SQL, etc.

Willing to learn niche technology and fast learner

Experience on AS400/iSeries, Understanding RPGLE will be an advantage

Business knowledge in commercial bank (especially Commercial Banking IT) will be an advantage

Able to lead and coach junior team members

Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and documentation skills

Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative

Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

Able to adapt in global team culture and communication in different locations
