Principal responsibilities

Work with IT Service owner to identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, understand how control gaps can be managed/addressed, automate service monitoring etc.Understand vendor managed services and support initiatives to make sure vendor managed services are in line with HSBC service management principles.Contribute to Corporate Real Estate FSA - Support with analysis and ideas.Interact with technical team of vendor managed services.Interact with colleagues in Corporate Real Estate and identify opportunities to bring business value.Drive deliverables through kanban boards and make sure the deliverables are visualized to our key stakeholders.
