We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

The Lead Consultant Specialist / Technical Design Lead job is accountable as the technical leader with design and development experience within Technology. They enable the team to design, develop and deliver the products and services, and continually help the team to improve technically – to create stories and manage the flow of the backlog, optimise levels of automation across the team’s activities, and act as a coach to the development teams and corresponding business stakeholders.

This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:

Principal responsibilities

Responsible and Accountable for Planview EA product EIM with deep understanding about Application Instance, EUC, Technology Reference Model, Technology Approval Process etc.

Lead and develop HSBC customized features in EIM with high quality delivery.

Maintain and update the EIM data via backend batch job and manual process.

Should possess excellent knowledge in migration of EIM to ServiceNow. Migration using ETL process is a plus.

Should be able to take responsibility for troubleshooting for user queries related to EIM

Ensure the level of automation is continuously improved that reduces the need for human intervention in EIM data load process.

Work with the Vendor, Product Owner, Solution Platform Architects to identify changes required, create agree necessary stories.

Understand Risk Controls framework and take accountability for the compliance of the services and products that the team owns against regulatory requirements and controls objectives.

Should be able to collaborate with global vendor for efficient troubleshooting

Should be able to work in global team environments with time adjustments to other time zones.

Should be able to work in 247 support model when business demands.
