Principal responsibilities

Performance Optimization: Collaborate with development teams to improve API performance, scalability, and latency.Reliability Engineering: Build and maintain reliable systems by automating deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes.Incident Management: Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to ensure system availability.Monitoring and Observability: Design and implement monitoring solutions to improve system observability, enabling proactive identification of issues.Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated provisioning, and deployment processes to streamline operations.Collaboration: Partner with developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure system requirements align with reliability goals.Governance: Provide oversight and governance for API changes, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and operational risk policies.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, processes, and incident reports to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
