We’re looking for a Security Consulting Practitioner to join Avanade’s Security AV team and contribute to strategic projects. If you have experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Security, and multi-cloud environments, this is your chance to collaborate with global teams and deliver innovative solutions. Availability to work in PST time zone and advanced English are required. What you will do * Research, gather, and analyze security-related information * Identify, develop, and support the implementation of security measures * Act as a subject matter expert and support the team to perform effectively * Make key decisions and collaborate with multiple teams * Provide solutions to challenges within and across teams * Facilitate workshops to educate the team on security best practices * Conduct regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve protocols * Stay up to date on security trends and technologies Skills and experiences * Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Security * Recommended proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio * Advanced proficiency in Managed Azure Security Services, Microsoft Defender, and Defender for Cloud Apps * Desirable experience in multi-cloud environments * Advanced English is mandatory, with daily client interaction * Analytical, curious, and agile mindset * Team spirit and strong communication skills * Problem-solving, patient, and quality-focused approach * Self-starter with an innovative mindset About You: Characteristics that demonstrate success for this role: Exceptional communication Conflict resolution, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, Multicultural environments.
