Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** As a Senior SAP WM Consultant, you will: * Lead the implementation and optimization of warehouse processes using SAP WM, from requirements gathering to go-live. * Conduct workshops to analyze business needs and define inbound/outbound processes (receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping), as well as physical and cycle counting. * Configure warehouse layout (storage types, bins, activity areas) and manage integrations with SD/MM/PP/QM modules. * Support testing phases (UAT), cutover, and hyper care, ensuring proper documentation and governance. * Collaborate with project teams and contribute to pre-sales activities and solution demos. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Solid experience with SAP WM in implementation or rollout projects. * Strong skills in customizing (SPRO) and managing storage types, bins, picking and put away processes. * Knowledge of integration with SD/MM/PP/QM modules. * Ability to troubleshoot and analyze system logs. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and advanced functionalities. * Experience in migration projects from WM to EWM or upgrades to SAP S/4HANA. * Familiarity with complex processes such as Cross-Docking, VAS, Yard Management. * Integration with automation systems (WCS, voice-picking, barcode). * SAP certifications in WM/EWM. * Experience in international environments and industries such as logistics, retail, pharma. * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
