BCG Marketing, Sales and Pricing

 

We are seeking a Consultant or Project Leader to join BCG’s Marketing, Sales and Pricing practice in Stockholm or Copenhagen. This role is well suited for a generalist consultant who wants to build deep expertise in MSP while continuing to develop strong case leadership and client-facing skills.

 

Our MSP work spans B2B and B2C, across industries, and covers topics such as pricing strategy, revenue growth management, sales effectiveness, commercial operating models, and data-driven decision making.

Design and implement pricing strategies that capture value and improve marginsUnlock revenue growth through pricing, mix, promotions, and portfolio optimizationBuild pricing and revenue management capabilities, including processes, governance, and toolsLeverage advanced analytics, AI, and digital solutions to enable dynamic and personalized pricingAlign sales, marketing, and pricing to improve deal quality, win rates, and executionMove from strategy to pilot, scale, and sustained impact

What You'll Do

 

Support and challenge C-level and senior commercial leaders on pricing, revenue growth, and go-to-market agendasWork on topics such as B2c and B2B pricing, revenue growth management, sales effectiveness, discounting, and commercial operating modelsDevelop fact-based, analytically robust recommendations, including impact sizing and business casesApply advanced analytics and data-driven insights to inform pricing and commercial decisionsDesign and support pricing and revenue management processes, governance, and ways of workingWork side by side with client teams, often over longer engagements, from diagnosis through implementationContribute to the build-up of MSP in the Nordics, including knowledge development, thought leadership, and people development

 



What You'll Bring

Bring 4-7+ years of experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and pragmatic approachSolid academic background, including top-tier universities or equivalent experienceBackground in pricing, marketing, sales, strategy, or management consultingExperience with data-driven analysis, business cases, and performance metricsInterest in Marketing, Sales and Pricing as a long-term career pathAbility to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholdersCollaborative mindset and motivation to work closely with client teamsPrevious management consulting experience is a strong plus, but not required

 

We welcome candidates with deep pricing expertise, strong commercial or marketing backgrounds combined with top-tier consulting experience who are eager to specialize in Marketing, Sales and Pricing.
