Senior Consultant – Project / Delivery Manager 

 

Location: Sydney (Flexible working options available)

 Are you passionate about delivering high-impact projects that drive real change for financial services organisations? Join EY’s Financial Services Consulting team where you will play a hands-on role in delivering innovation, transformation and exceptional value for our clients.

Working with local and global cross functional teams and client, you’ll deliver programs that unlock value, manage risk and enable innovation. Our global network, proven methodologies, and multidisciplinary teams enable us to deliver trusted advice and impactful solutions.

 

Based in Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

 

Your key responsibilities  

 

Lead and support the delivery of transformation projects to optimise business value, partnering with clients to implement change across systems, processes, and operating models. Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to support outcomes being delivered on time and within scope. Contribute to project planning, status reporting, risk management, and quality assurance. Apply delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to suit the needs of different projects and programs from the simplest to the most complex. Understand and navigate the intersection of technology and business to deliver outcomes, utilising AI and emerging technologies to support sustainable transformation.

 

Skills and attributes for success  

 

3-5 years of experience in transformation delivery, project management or program support within financial services. Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse and inclusive teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
