Your role

In the role of a SCON, you will be pivotal to implement the solution and architecture and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a LCON in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews..

Responsibilities Should be a Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle Inventory and Cost Management Cloud and Supply Chain execution.Interact directly with customer process consultants and business SME to gather business and technical requirementsAnalyse requirements for different areas, identify cross- functional impact, and provide the optimal solutions to meet requirements end to endManaging inventory, planning replenishment, and analysing costsFit Gap Mapping and solutionsProvide cross- functional leadership in conversations with customer teams and convince on solution options and decisionsCoordinate with different tracks to drive an optimal solution and various project milestones from a solution perspectiveBe responsible for ensuring optimal design is delivered to the customer, and any issues are resolvedRecommend process improvements and automations opportunities wherever applicable.RequiredShould be able to understand Business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.Experience in at least two / three full-fledged implementations of Oracle Inventory and Cost Management applications, led in Manufacturing Cloud and Supply Chain execution.Testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud and Supply Chain execution.Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developedOnsite-Offshore communication and work managementLeading Super User training and supporting other training related activitiesCoordination with other tracks for delivery of end to end business processesSupporting Data Conversions for Manufacturing Cloud and Supply Chain execution – Strategy formulation, data mapping and reconciliation for master and transactional data elements
PreferredExposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiativesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentAbility to lead different teams towards a common objectiveHaving working experience with costing is preferred.
