Senior Consultant-OCM, Workforce Transformation
Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with Technology focused Organization Change Management, Communications, Learning, and/or Organizational Design experience within several of our focus industries.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support client engagement teams in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Learning, and/or Organizational Design servicesLead a small team of analysts and consultantsResponsible for gathering client data and providing analysis to support design of solutionsSupport development of work products following project guidelines, such as creating communications, end-user documentation and job aids Track program metrics and status Lead/facilitate client workshops to collaborate with clients and educate them through process Actively contribute your ideas to provide solutions for clientsSupport the growth of our Workforce Transformation practice by contributing to collateral development and methodology. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate specific experience leading and delivering change programs for one or more of the following:Organizational Change Management / Training Curriculum and content design / Org. Design and/or OptimizationERP-enabled transformation programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SNOW)Major package software implementations (e.g., SFDC, MS Dynamics)Collaboration initiatives (SharePoint or other collaboration platforms)Digital commerce implementations/transformationsShared services, outsourcing, and managed services programsMA&D transformations
Responsibilities:Independently leading client meetings or change visioning workshops Building an OCM strategy / plan Identifying and managing stakeholders Leading culture and leadership analysis and gap/fit/action planning Designing and delivering communications in print, web, and talking points Analyzing and sharing "what's changing" information about the work and organization Managing development of training strategy and overseeing training delivery Designing new / revised jobs and organizationsAligning HR policies and practices with the new way of working Facilitating business implementation readiness through a network of client business representativesLeads substantial workstreams successfully; focuses on business impact as well results. Identifies and tracks output parametersDelivers accurate, clear, and concise messages that inform and frequently persuade audiences to take actionSystematically breaks down complex problems or processes into manageable parts, using advanced techniques and chartsAdapts to the needs of diverse audiences and/or complex situationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. At least 5 years of experience in Organization Change Management Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locationsCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications:Graduate degree preferred; Business Administration, Organizational Behavior and Development, Industrial Psychology, Instructional Design or other related fieldsAbility to interact at all levels of client organizationsCan lead substantial workstreams successfully; focuses on business impact as well results Ability to build enduring relationships with Client team memberStrong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skillsGreat listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilitiesStrategic thinker who pays attention to detail, but isn’t afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job doneCreative problem solver
For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY, IL, MN,NJ states, estimated annual compensation will be $130,000 to $177,000
