Senior Consultant (Network Security Engineering)

Join our dynamic team in an exciting role where you'll drive pre-sales efforts, contribute to practice growth, and engage with key stakeholders. You will help define Statements of Work, deliver impactful solution demonstrations, and influence the future direction of our cloud engineering capabilities.

Working from in our Barangaroo office, your role purpose will be -

Design and implement network security solutions for clients

Work directly with customers to translate requirements into solution designs and defining detailed implementation plans to ensure a seamless delivery

Act as the primary technical lead on projects, accountable for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and successful project outcomes. Coordinating, delegating, and overseeing technical tasks across project resources and supporting project management activities.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for our key partner product portfolio

Obtain and maintain partner certifications, staying up to date with vendor innovations, attending partner events and training

Support pre-sales and scoping activities, including leading scoping calls with clients, producing effort estimates and pricing, writing proposals and statement of works

Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team 

On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:

Subject matter expertise on computer networking and cyber security

Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, Zero Trust Architecture, Identity and Access Management, Public Key Infrastructure

Knowledge and certifications for at least two of the following network security products: Zscaler, Illumio, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Nozomi, Cisco

Certifications or hands-on experience with the above vendors 

Ideally experience leading large-scale project delivery

A talent for mentoring high-performing teams and driving collaboration

Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently and drive progress

A Defence security clearance is required for this role; applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
