Required Technical and Professional Skills: + Minimum 10 years of experience + Mainframe Technologies: Extensive experience with COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, DB2, IMS/DB, CICS, JCL, RACF, and z/OS. + Linux Systems: Proficient in CentOS, RHEL, and Linux/390, including hardening, kernel tuning, and firewall/security configuration. + Virtualization & Automation: Skilled in VMware ESXi, Ansible scripting for automated deployments, and system performance tuning. + Database Expertise: Specialist in PostgreSQL tuning and DB2 environments. + Security & Compliance: Strong background in RACF administration, security compliance tools (zSecure), and ACF2 to RACF migration. + Programming & Scripting: Proficient in Assembler, REXX, NetREXX, and scripting for system automation and analysis tools. + Native or business-fluent German and English is a must **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
