Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead our work on strategic, technical, and organizational challenges from technology-led business transformation for our clients. You will help drive the business by contributing to our delivery and team strategy, supporting this team through your daily work. We revitalize manufacturing, logistics, distribution, product lifecycle management, and related supply network functions across many industries.
Illustrative activities include:
Management skills: Ability to manage several projects at once and manage conflicting priorities. Manage engagement quality, risk, timelines, and resources during transition and ongoing operations. Manage select client relationships /stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the engagement.Selling skills: Experience in the marketing and sale of consulting or project services. Work directly with clients during the sales cycle to understand their requirements, including processes organization, and technology landscape. Support proposal effort, staffing plans and pricing models. Contribute to initiatives which drive growth of the practice which include developing eminence, thought ware, and point-of-view materials.Strong Presentation skills: Ability to design and shape meaningful presentations with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organization, and effectively lead and manage all key stakeholders.Strong Conceptual Capability: Ability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems. Identify and implement operational process improvements that drive increased efficiency using leading practices. Holistic view of key business functions from strategy through process design and technology enablementBusiness-IT Translator: Ability to act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Design and architect managed service solutions, transition plans, and ongoing operations policies and procedures.Mentoring: Perform role of mentor and coach to help others achieve their career objectives.Qualifications
Required:
6+ years of consulting experience5+ years of Life Sciences experienceExperience with manufacturing, CAR-T, bio-pharmaMaster's degree in business or engineering (MBA or equivalent).Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients you serve.Preferred:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 - $229,500.
