JOB OVERVIEW
Provides high quality, timely development and on-time input on HEOR to clients from pharmaceutical and related industries. Assignments range in complexity from basic pharmacoeconomic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex delivering and modelling to leading small team of junior health economists.
Principal Accountabilities
Carry out work relating to the HEOR business areas (health economic modelling, HTA submissions, targeted review of literature, value communication, market access strategy and outcomes research) to a high standard which meets or exceeds client expectations.End-to-end health economic outcomes projects not limited to draft modelling plans, input to the development/ adaptation of complex health economics models, local data sourcing, search, collection and generation and produce support materials for completed economic models, e.g. reports and training programmesProject management / client liaison including client management tasks, attend client and other external meetings and presentations of own research / analysisCarry out abstract review, paper selection and data extractionPlan, prepare and conduct primary interviews with KOLs and other stakeholders/ experts as part of HEOR project executionModerate round table discussions and similar groups of key opinion leaders (KOLs) in various scientific eventsDevelop and write literature review reports and carry out grey literature reviewsDraft, revise, submit and present abstracts, posters and manuscripts for publication/ conference proceedings based on economic models, literature reviews and other HEOR work. Assist in the submission processCarry out research and draft reports for projects delivering results to clients on pricing, reimbursement, and market accessSupport business development / internal initiatives i.e. Produce partial initial drafts of proposals based on client RFPs and supporting information, participate in internal disseminationsMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Educational Background
Strong academic track record including MSc or PhD in health economics with at least 6 or more years of practical experience in related subject preferably in Pharma industry as a part of market access/HEOR teamsExperience
Prior experience and interest in the healthcare and life science industriesProject management and customer facing experience.Willingness to adapt and ability to work under tight timelinesAdditional Competencies
Familiarity with HTA submissions in Middle Eastern region.Ability to integrate, interpret, and summarize data from a variety of sources in a clear and concise manner.In depth knowledge of SFDA economic submission and associated regulations. Good understanding of principles of health technology assessment and of medical terminology across a range of therapeutic areas.Skills and Abilities
