In this strategic role, you will drive initiatives that improve leadership development and team effectiveness — key pillars of our new P&O Strategy 2030. Your work will directly support Siemens’ transformation, helping our teams and leaders navigate a constantly evolving world with confidence and purpose.

Your success is grounded in

EducationMasters degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, MBA would be a plusExperience & SkillsLongterm experience in consulting, project management, or a related field, with a focus on leadership development and team effectivenessA strong background in team development, leadership consulting, organizational psychology, or related fieldsProven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomesDeep expertise in team dynamics and effectiveness, organizational behavior, and change facilitationOutstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to work effectively across cultures, geographies, and business unitsA proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for helping teams thriveLanguagesProficiency in English rounds off your profile
