Senior Consultant, Business Transformation

 

The Opportunity

 

As a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation team, you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform, Power and Utilities and Infrastructure Transformation.

 

This role is based in Warrang (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne)  and Ngambri (Canberra).

Have hands-on experience across business transformation projects, including strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery. Workshop facilitation and strong presentation skills are highly regarded.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

 

Strong communication skills - verbal and written across stakeholders within and outside the company  Ability to build and maintain strong lasting relationships with all stakeholders involved
