As a Senior Consultant Business Risk & Control, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful impact on companies and society. You will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within an organization to ensure that business activities are conducted efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with relevant regulations. What will you be doing? 

You will become part of an ambitious and dedicated team, where there is room for sharing knowledge and providing feedback. Sometimes you'll work more autonomously, while other times you'll collaborate extensively on larger projects. Although you may not see everyone daily, we are always connected and regularly meet at the office, with clients, or at team events. 

A snapshot of the challenges you will tackle as a Senior Consultant Business Risk & Control with our clients: 

Improving risk and control frameworks by mapping business processes, identifying risks, mapping controls accordingly, and ensuring that controls are correctly implemented and documented. 

Enhancing inefficient operational processes by streamlining processes and improving collaboration, leading to better risk management. 

Integrating sustainability risks into existing risk management structures with a focus on concrete actions for more efficient risk management. 

Strengthening overall risk management by identifying vulnerabilities within operations and developing tailor-made solutions using Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to manage these risks. 

Reviewing and improving operational processes to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations, including developing continuous monitoring to ensure compliance. 

Does this describe you? 

You enjoy collaborating in multidisciplinary and international teams; 

You are naturally curious, have good listening skills, and can clearly convey ideas to colleagues and clients to reach the best solutions together; 

You like to stay informed on the latest developments, innovative solutions, and market trends; 

With your analytical talents, you deliver compelling results and presentations; 

You have a WO master's degree in Information Management, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or another business or finance-oriented study; 

It is a plus if you have an RA, RC, or CISA certificate; 

You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience with the types of challenges mentioned above; 

You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
