Job Overview
Delivers high-quality, timely input to life sciences client engagements, spanning structured analysis to development of complex solutions. Leads end-to-end execution of small to large projects, coordinating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Serves as a key client-facing resource, managing ongoing interactions and ensuring delivery excellence. Actively contributes to business development through proposal development and capability building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end to end PLD projects, ensuring high quality, timeliness, and methodological accuracy
- Manipulate and analyze large RWD datasets (LRx, claims, EMR, prescription, etc.)
- Develop Source of Business (New, Switch pattern, NBRx, TRx patients), treatment pathway, treatment journey, comedication, persistence/compliance and related PLD metrics
- Create reproducible workflows, QC processes, and documentation
- Collaborate directly with onshore teams/clients, communicating insights clearly and proactively
- Contribute to capability building, methodological enhancements, and best practice frameworks within PLD
- Lead problem solving, timeline estimation, and workload planning and proposal development.
-Ability to generate actionable insights from processed LRx data and translate them into clear, client ready slides
-When acting as Project Manager, proactively manages project timelines and manages day to day communication with the client and team members.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Req
• Master’s degree preferred
• 6-9 years of relevant experience Req
• Possesses solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors.
• Has necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects within a given CoE.
• Effective time management skills.
