Description A boutique advisory firm specializing in financial and accounting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions is seeking a Senior Associate to join its team. This full-time role is ideal for a high-performing professional with a strong foundation in audit and a passion for financial analysis and client service. Position Overview The Senior Associate will play a key role in analyzing financial statements, assessing earnings quality, and preparing client-facing deliverables. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and confident in leading discussions with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities + Analyze target company financials, including EBITDA, cash flows, and balance sheet health + Prepare detailed Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for clients + Collaborate with internal team members and maintain strong communication across levels + Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + Synthesize complex data and communicate insights clearly + Engage with clients including private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and financial executives Excited about this opportunity? Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics + 2+ years of experience in audit or financial due diligence (Big 4 experience preferred) + CPA required (inactive status acceptable); CFA or advanced degrees are a plus + Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements + Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Alteryx is a plus + Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment Excited about this role?
