**Job Description:** Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Visualforce. Build scalable, secure, and reusable components aligned with Salesforce best practices. Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews. Ensure code quality through unit testing, performance tuning, and adherence to governance policies. Support deployment activities and troubleshoot post-deployment issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development. Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and performance optimization. Experience in building integrations using Salesforce APIs and working with external systems. Familiar with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, Developer Console, and VS Code with Salesforce CLI. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
