Writes project proposals and answers to Requests for Proposals. Suggests project extensions based on existing work. Attends sales calls; + **Full Portuguese and English Proficiency.** **Responsibilities:** + Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high-quality outputs; + Provide technical expertise and delivery with a focus on rewards (compensation, benefits, and job evaluation/job architecture) and workforce planning; contribute to projects in organizational design, talent strategy, culture transformation, performance management, and related projects; + Drive business development on total rewards and strategic workforce planning subjects by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking and identifying new project opportunities; + Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements; + Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit into the team; + Lead marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness; + Actively support recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members.
