+ **Academic bachelor or master** ;
+ **Experience and domain knowledge in total rewards** (i.e. compensation and benefits strategy, salary structure, grade leveling, hob evaluation/ architecture, incentive pay design) for a minimum 4 years in a consulting or in-house role;
+ Additional experience in **organizational design and workforce planning** , talent strategy, culture transformation, performance management, or related areas preferred;
+ **Project management skills** : Delivery structure and conclusions, completion of demanding plans, management and coordination of team members, and management of the relationship with the client and heads of other departments;
+ **Commercial skills** to identify new customers and opportunities. Writes project proposals and answers to Requests for Proposals. Suggests project extensions based on existing work. Attends sales calls;
+ **Full Portuguese and English Proficiency.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high-quality outputs;
+ Provide technical expertise and delivery with a focus on rewards (compensation, benefits, and job evaluation/job architecture) and workforce planning; contribute to projects in organizational design, talent strategy, culture transformation, performance management, and related projects;
+ Drive business development on total rewards and strategic workforce planning subjects by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking and identifying new project opportunities;
+ Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements;
+ Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit into the team;
+ Lead marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness;
+ Actively support recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members.
