Description of Position:

For our Healthcare customers – including those ion Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences – you will implement custom Reporting, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions using our flagship product, IQ 20/20, as well as other industry standard platforms, such as PowerBI and Tableau. You will work in an Agile environment that is focused on solving the customer’s problems through data-driven solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

Implement custom Reporting, Business Intelligence and Analytics with our flagship product, IQ 20/20, as well as other industry standard platforms, such as PowerBI and Tableau.  Work in an Agile environment focused on solving customer problemsCollaborate with the Implementation Manager and clients to understand data sources, business rules, and nuancesGet a solid understanding of the client’s data sources and data feedsEngage with the client to define various business objectives for the solutionProduce detailed business and technical requirements for projectsDesign dashboard mockups using Excel and PowerPoint and review with the client to finalize requirementsConduct detailed design sessions and iterate project plans accordinglyWork with technical resources to develop data processing streams based on designCollaborate with the Quality Assurance team to communicate data and reporting requirementsEnsure overall data quality and the integrity of the applicationManage project and development within defined time and scope after client sign offHelp deploy and host the solutionCoordinate client training sessionsCoordinate ongoing technical supportProvide ongoing feedback to the development team for product enhancementsProvide ongoing feedback to the development team for product enhancementsProvide ongoing feedback to the sales team for future opportunitiesJuggle multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry3-5 years of strong Data Analysis and/or Business Analysis experienceExperience in Pharma consulting is a plusFamiliarity with industry standard Pharma data sourcesProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical toolsExperience with BI tools such is Power BI, Tableau and IQ 20/20 is a plusDatabase knowledge is a positiveStrong project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent organizational skills and strong work ethicAbility to be client facing and maintain a professional demeanorPassion for customer satisfaction and leveraging technologyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel to client sites up to 10-15% of the time

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $118,200.00 - $197,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
