What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Senior Director, Centre of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for modernizing and enhancing the TA function by leading the implementation, and optimization of talent acquisition tech stack (including Workday Recruiting, Candidate Engagement, SMS Messaging and HiredScore). The incumbent will ensure the bank maximizes value from all TA solutions (ATS, CRM, and assessment tools) post-launch, delivering on commitments within established timelines.

How you’ll succeed
Be the product Subject Matter Expert representing TA - Leading all work packages related to planning, testing and implementation of TA solution(s) (ATS CRM, Assessment solution and others). Ensuring change management is well thought out- Ensure that any changes or enhancements are supported with a well thought out change strategy (which includes communication plan, training, reference guides and onboarding of new TA staff).Be the ultimate partner – By serving the best interest for TA and its constituents, (Talent acquisition partners, Hiring Managers and Candidates) by partnering closely with the system delivery team (Workday Solutions) as a single point of contact all system change requests and maintenance needs for any new or existing implementations of TA related technologies. The incumbent will also be responsible for all pre-socialization efforts with leadership to ensure technical requirements and change impacts are well defined and documented.Be the visionary for our TA tech stack- Lead in assessing potentially new technologies to add to our Talent acquisition technology stack which will redefine or revolutionize recruitment efficiency and quality. This includes taking ownership of ensuring corporate security and risk clearance processes are satisfied before any acquisition.Project management- Build and lead day-to-day project plans, test cases and test scripts for all implementations; supervise and review progress and timelines and adjust as needed; Identify, track, and resolve issues to ensure meeting commitments and project success.Be Resilient- Demonstrate strong project leadership skills and analytical competence to overcome challenges and drive project successWho you are
You have industry expertise - 5+ years demonstrated ability from technical design, system integrations, system configuration and implementing SaaS / have worked in a Software Delivery environment (preferably with Workday CRM like solutions such as Workday Engage, Messaging and HiredScore).You love to make things better -You have a passion for improving recruiting operational excellence and is naturally curious and forward thinking. You are a constant “tinkerer” and refuse to accept the status quo.Story teller- Adept at the use of Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to perform Vlookups, Pivot tables, formulas and creating executive level PowerPoint presentationsSeasoned professional -Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges expertly; adjust to shifting priorities, Identify and tackle technical and operational issues during implementation.Able to think through solutions - Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressure.Teammate with self-management skills- Adept at driving projects from scratch, and collaborating with cross-company collaborators.Values matter to you.
