What Field Sales Administration/Operations Generalist contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, data architecture/reporting, customer & business metrics/analytics


Field Sales Administration/Operations Generalist is responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence (includes: data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management and reporting); and, for identifying, creating and implementing processes that profitize, optimize and support the entire field sales organization (includes: collections data & insights, customer and product master data) to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization, drive operational excellence and maximize contract value for the Sustainable Technologies portfolio

Responsibilities

Responsible for the data design & architecture for internal stakeholders & 3rd party partners that underpins collections visibility for the Sustainable Technologies businessContinuously monitors, enhances, and audits data & reporting as needed by the businessWorks closely with 3rd party partners, such as Medtronic, Arcwood, IQVIA, and Hovertech to ensure smooth data-sharing operations and B2B transparencyActs as team liaison with IT for ongoing reporting and ST Portal maintenance needsProvides direct, consultative, customer-facing reporting support when required


Qualifications

8-12 years of experience preferredBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advance Degree may be preferredExperience with Tableau, Alteryx or other data visualization toolsExperience with Python development, automation, SQL and database design Strong communication and presentation skillsProven ability to work with cross-functional leaders

Anticipated salary range: $87,700 - $112,770
