Key Responsibilities

Proactively source new leasing instructions and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients;Coordinate and conduct property viewings, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism;Negotiate terms of instructions and transactions on behalf of clients;Develop, present, and implement marketing proposals and commercialisation strategies;Promote and present the full range of Cushman & Wakefield services to clients and prospects;Work closely with the national and international Office Agency teams to align strategies and leverage cross-border opportunities;Collaborate, when needed, with other service lines across the business;Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the wider Cushman & Wakefield platform;Support the ongoing update and accuracy of the office sector database;Represent the company and/or clients at meetings, events, and other occasions as required.

Candidate Profile

Strong commercial background, preferably with experience in real estate;Proven track record in client management and business development;Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven;Fluency in English (minimum C1 level – mandatory);Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment;Willingness to travel when necessary.
